Poetry has been a passion of mine for years that initially began with the need to articulate an experience the Albany River afforded me on a rafting trip. Justice could only be done through this art form at the time in the absence of devices and connection with the River.
Similar to our traditional story telling, Poetry has been an outlet for the perpetuation of this traditional practice
I find infinite inspiration in the beauty of our land and the great life our water provides us with.
My work has been translated for sharing in Switzerland and I am very proud to have shared our stories abroad!
