Working as an independent artist and event host has provided a platform for me to meet many of our strong youth, leaders, and elders.
I take much inspiration in the many stories our proud people have generously shared with me on my journey in establishing my art career.
Confidence was something that I personally had to seriously pursue as the affects displacement from our home created a very challenging life for my family.
The example of respect, tradition, and culture is one that my mother had to profoundly maintain in the wake of colonization that our lives continue thrive within.
Looking forward to connecting with more of our brothers and sisters that continue to successfully overcome the many obstacles that we are confronted with as the original of this great land.
